Who we are

This website is operated by The Wall B.V., trading as TalinQ, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 80769489, based at August Sniederslaan 1, 5582 EM Waalre, the Netherlands. For any question about this policy or your personal data, you can reach us at walter@talinq.nl.

What data we collect

We only collect personal data that you actively submit to us, through the contact form on this website. Depending on the option you select, this can include:

• Your name
• Your company name, or current employer if you're a candidate
• Your email address
• The country you currently live in, if you're a candidate
• The message you send us

We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising tools that track you, so we don't collect any other personal data through your use of this website. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Why we collect it, and on what basis

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry: to get in touch with you about employer, recruitment partner or candidate opportunities, or to answer your question. We process this data because you've given us your consent by submitting the form, and because it's necessary to take steps at your request before, or in connection with, a possible working relationship.

Who we share it with

Your contact form submission is delivered to us using FormSubmit, a third-party form processing service that forwards your message directly to our inbox. We don't sell, rent or share your personal data with any other third party, and we don't use it for marketing purposes without your separate, explicit consent.

How long we keep your data

We keep the information from your enquiry for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up on a possible opportunity, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we're required to keep it longer by law or you become an employee, candidate or partner of ours, in which case it becomes part of your employment or partnership records.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Ask us what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it
• Ask us to correct data that's inaccurate or incomplete
• Ask us to delete your personal data
• Ask us to restrict or object to how we use your data
• Ask us to transfer your data to another organisation

To exercise any of these rights, email us at walter@talinq.nl. If you're not satisfied with how we've handled your data, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we start using a new tool that processes personal data. We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever we make a change.
